Hows this for incompetence ? Last Sept my wife and I arrived at Vancouver Aiport for a flight via Thomas Cook Airlines ( charter ) At the check in counter we were informed that the seats were overbooked and we couldn,t have our bought and paid for Premium seats ! After a heated discussion as to how a charter flight could be over booked we were given a whole centre row each in coach. Turned out there were others in the same predicament. Return flight no problem for us but about seven passengers in Premium were not allocated the seats they had been confirmed for.These charters are run by the Canadian Affair and guess who would never fly with them or recommend to others ??
