A company called Cheap Seats did not book my reservation as requested and when I reached the Alaska Airlines counter I was told they did not have a reservation for me. In order to get to my conference that afternoon, I had to pay well over $700 for a ticket I thought I had already purchased for $335. They will not honor a requet to make up the cost difference to me.
