I travelled with airsouthwest from Bristol to Plymouth and was totally fobbed off on the flight from Hamburg to Bristol. The flight was delayed again and again, no airsouthwest ground staff available and only after my husband informed them that Plymouth air control were shutting down at midnmight, did they come up with a plane. How can it be that an airline does not know what time the destination airport closes down? How sad is that! I'll certainly never again use airsouthwest and am going to complain to them directly
