Air Force Unfair To Husband

My husband has been in the Air Force for several years and has done an outstanding job but recently a new commander came on board and decided to not retain 10 people just because he wants his own people brought in to kiss up to him and his ideas. My husband tried to appeal this and after waiting for the answer back he found out today by registered mail from the Air Force that he lost his appeal. He has been so dedicated to the mission of the Air Force and they just kick him in the teeth. He will not get his full retirement because he is not yet at the age he should have been to retire at. They don't care about the financial difficulties this is going to through our lives into now. He is going to the JAG to see if he can get them to fight for him. He has an outstanding record and has never had a bad mark against him, yet they won't let him stay two more years so he can get his full retirement. I am so angry at the Air Force and there is nothing that I can do about it. I use to encourage people to join the Air Force because they were once known for treating people the best in all the branches of the military. Now I will discourage people from ever enlisting and wasting their lives and getting kicked in the teeth for a job well done.
