I rented a moved back in mid September called The Fifth Kingdom. I returned the movie within 9 days, but I found out that my credit card was charged for a movie that was returned. I contacted the manager of the store and she stated she would call be back. She never called. I contacted customer service and was informed the movie was indeed returned and my account should not have been charged and the store should have check this off of my account. I've since learned that this store was closing. So why no one check this movie off of my account? I filed a complaint with the district manager the last week in October who has yet to handle this situation and contact me. I called today, October 22, 2006 and was informed to wait once again for the district manager to handle this. I am highly upset with incompetent individuals. Why was my card charged? Why didnt the store located at Atlanta GA, check this off of my account? Why isn't anyone doing their job? I'm still waiting for someone to step up and perform excellent, quality customer service care! Apparently no one is doing their job. I'm contacting you because I wish to receive an explanation as to why there are dishonest, unprofessional, and uncaring individuals working? And the location that forwarded the notice that my account WILL BE CHARGED (the notice did not state it was charged) is located in Dallas Texas. Please respond with a resolution!
