i have been paying for my hampers from family hampers to one of their agents. i have recently found out that their agent has not been paying my money in. in fact she has kept it for herself, i have no proof that i have paid because she kept my card and now she's saying it has been thrown away. so where do i stand and what can i do to get my money back. £80.00 is what i paid, i am on a low income and cannot afford to lose this much money. if anyone can help me with this situation please do.
