against motel in Augusta Ga

I am not sure who I need to be sending this letter to but I will not let this go. On June 9th of 2006 I came to Augusta Ga and stayed at the Augusta suites. I did not want to stay here because of the bad reviews on the internet but my daughter was involved in the pageant. I booked a room. The next morning I called down and asked for a delayed check out. They said that if I stayed till 2pm I would have to pay a half day so I left at 1pm. They said if I stayed till 1pm I would not be charged. I left the room at 1 pm and a housekeeper asked as I was leaving are you checking out. I said yes. I later realized that I had packed up my clothes and left a very important box behind the door. I later went to get it. I got home and just checked my charges and they charged me a full night extra. The general manager was no help and said no they would not refund me. I will contact my lawyer and I will go tot he Internet and review this motel. Can you please help me to get my money back.
