im a 25 year old virgin and im to afraid to ask any woman out on a date wen I was in school every time asked someone to go watch a movie or to dinner they would tell me no or just walk away what can I do about this?

You need to grow you self esteem to get into such thing.

Don't be afraid, all you are afraid of is rejection. Try not to appear too desperate. Set yourself a task of asking one girl/woman each day on a date or just buy them coffee etc
