Affair with my coworker

I teach high school and am having an affair with one of my fellow teachers. We met last year, which was my first year of teaching (I'm 23, she's 31), and we hit it off pretty immediately. Texted a lot, would stop by each others' rooms a few times a day (she's just down the hall, which is convenient), that sort of thing. We flirted a lot too, and I could tell there was some attraction there. The problem was, not only was she married, but her husband actually taught at the high school too. Not exactly an ideal situation for me to get the opportunity to make a move. It was frustrating, but I eventually got my opening, and the affair became physical. It was difficult to sneak around, find alone time, and come up with cover stories, but we managed. We were only brave to have sex at the school once (in her classroom during her conference period); we got away with it, but were both too scared to get caught and fired to try it again. Summer was a lot easier. Nikki's husband has some sort of a summer job out of state (we don't talk about him much, needless to say), so there wasn't as much of a need for complicated scheming. Luckily for us, her husband got a new teaching job this year at a nearby school district where he can also coach, so we can use the "staying late after school to catch up on grading" story. It's worked well so far. I know it can't become anything more because of the situation; I don't think she'd leave him for me, nor do I think it'd be a good idea for her to. I mean, how would a relationship founded in infidelity turn out? So I guess I know it's going nowhere, but we're both really enjoying it for now anyway.
