advice for my foster sister?

so i am 16 and i have been a foster child basically my whole life, which i know is kind of sad, people just don't want an older kid i guess. I'm not a problem child or anything, but for some reason i keep moving from place to place. i just recently moved in with this family and they have 3 other foster children, ben who is 9, amy who is 7, and then victoria who is 15. i've only been here a about 6 weeks, but me and victoria have hit it off very well and we seem to have a lot in common. i am not really sure what the legalities of foster families are or anything, but we have made out and all the usual dating type things, we really like each other but we don't want to say anything because we don't want to screw anything up, but just wondering if anyone could give me any advice, it would be appreciated.

You and Victoria have a lot of things in common. She is not related to you in anyway shape or form. Despite the fact that you are both foster kids, you are not siblings. If you have very real feelings for each other, I suggest you be very very careful. Neither of you needs any more heartbreak in your lives at this time. Consider what you will have to endure if things don't go well and you have to live in the same household.
