
ADT Alarm Distrubance

Today is October 18, 2006. I have been trying to get ADT to schedule a service call to resolve a false alarm signal that is being sent out from my residence. This has been going on since Early Monday morning, and it is approximately 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Now, this company is waisting valuable time and resources. I made 5 calls this afternoon and No one was willing to address the problem of sending out a Service Technician. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she did not speak English, then proceded to hang up the phone. The names that I recorded from ADT are: Katie, Sherry, and the Supervisor did not disclose her name / title. Needless to say, I will be shopping for a new alarm provider.
