Adsa Policies

I work for Asda Distribution Centre in Sklemersdale, Lancashire, England. The company is part of what they call 'THE WALLMART FAMILY'. I am just writing to complain about there company policies. They never pay any sick pay to any work collegues, doctors note or not. They treat there staff like dirt, giving out disciplinarys willy nilly. They punnish people for everything, its like being back at school. It is about time we all stuck together and fought back at Asda to get what we rightly diserve. The GMB trade union are doing there very best to help us as collegues, but we need more GMB members for this to realy work. I have just recently signed up to become a GMB member. I hope they can help us all to achieve some justice in the work place. COME ON THE GMB!
