This is the most undependable agency I have ever seen in my life. Phone calls are never returned and I mean NEVER! The people who work here are either at lunch or with another client no matter what time of day you call. For over 2 weeks I have attempted to have a document faxed to me with no success. This document is to see what reasons a deposit for an apartment was not fully refunded. Out of a $1600.00 deposit only $704 has been refunded. Wouldn't you want to know why? Be very cautious if you ever have any dealings with Action Properties in Chico, California. This agency is also very difficult to make any repairs to the properties. A leak through a sliding glass door saturated one of the bedrooms and was causing mold. It took many phone calls for this to be taken care of. It took several trips by the agency to finally fix it properly. What an unprofessional business this one is! It seems as though because they mostly deal with young people in their rentals, that they take total advantage of their lack of experience in renting property and do not correctly inform their tenants about rental agreements. Watch out!
