ACI Guards

Why is it that when an inmate passes away at the aci it is assumed that the inmate took his own life and nothing is look further into. It is because they cover up for one another. The judge gives them their sentence, and part of their sentence is no to be degraded by these guards that think they are so big and bad. He wouldn't act so big and bad if u saw him on the street. They need to be exposed for what they really are.
