Accused as drug addict, when taken medication

Hello I have been working for this company called Brinks in Newark, Nj for about a year. I was in a job injured and no manager or anyone from the company to assist me. I was given a drug test and found positive, because of the fact that I took medication and pills given by a family member who wanted to help. That week I was terminated from my job, because of positive drug found. They didn't want to take my appeal and was wrongly terminated.
