No one knows this: but I’ve got 2.4 million dollars in cash buried in my backyard. If my wife were still alive, I would have told her. I am always postponing telling my sons; strangely, I was diagnosed with terminal cancer about the same time I came into possession of the money. The bag was lying abandoned in a bush by a river in a quiet part of town. I had just received the terrible news and I was strolling by in a daze. It was only when I got it home that the full import of what it meant occurred to me. On the news, there were reports of a bank robbery that day so I knew where the money must have come from. It is pretty useless to me. I have only a few months to live and no money can buy me back my health. I think I’ll let the bag stay there in the ground and take this secret with me to the grave.

Don't waste this money. It could do your family, or whoever they decide to help with it, a great deal of good. To leave it hidden seems a waste and a shame...

Have you read Accidental Billionaire ? Yeah that was about me. I found a bag containing 1B dollars and walked down the road with it. I put 1 USD on a bet and won a Masserati car. I then decided to leave the money with the car exactly where I found it. It's left in a fucking bullshit dream !

If you're not planning to give it to your sons, I think you'll be better served to turn it in to the police or return it to the bank or make a doantion of it. I'm sorry to hear you're so ill. I hope you find peace in the afterworld.
