Abuse at Heartland of Tamarac, FL

Most of the nursing staff at Heartland of Tamarac, FL is very abusive and unkind to patients and although you are told to register a complaint about this kind of treatment to the Administrator, I found the Administrator denys it and backs the person who is abusive. They claim it is the patient's fault and also the fault of the family. It's a down right disgrace that they can get away with this type of behavior.
