Abuse!! and neglect

My handicapped Daughter was placed temperoly in a State Facility on April 24th of this year untill May15th. of this year while i was out of state. When i went to pick her up on the 15th. of May she was not herself. I am not able to get any answers!!!!!!! I am a client of the Los Angeles Rifional Center. They tell me there is going to be an investigagtion but I am so far unable to get any answers from this Facility about what happened to my Daugher while she was there. She was dropped while there and I can not get any answers from them. I had to take her to the ER at Sr. Francis Medical Center across the street from thos place where I very stupidoty left her. The Doc there said she was dropped. The Facility where the NEGLECT was is the Marlinda East at 3615 Imperial Highway Lynwood Ca. PLEASE investigate them and the hodpital Tri City in Hawaiin Gaqrdens Ca. where she was taken with a hoigh fever. NO answers from them either> I am very angry. I left a healthy child and now she will not eat and can not swallow well. She is not herdelf at all:(Linda Novak 323-560-1469
