Plaza Associates is a 3rd party collection agency. 2 locations: San Diego, Ca and New York, NY. The pay is base + commission, 30%. The goals on average are to collect $20,000/month. Anything you collect above that amount is your commission 30%. Simple scenario: I collected $10,000 in mid month. Then I was at $15,000. When I started getting closer to reaching my goal ($20,000) =the mangagement decided to raise the goal up to $30,000, making it impossible for me and others to reach our goal thus not getting our bonus. This is the most obvious and the worst I have ever been screwed at a company. Never work for them if you are considering a serious business/career in sales or colletions. You will not benefit with them but only waste your time. They will tell you anything so you can join them but don't fall for their BS.
