A Rude Children and Families Caseworker

My Compaint is about a Children and Familes Caseworker. I went with a friend to translate for her and since my youngest child was a little crancky the caseworker started to talk to him in a way I did not like, saying things to him like 'It's to early for you to bring all this noise up in here' with a really bad attitude he said it about two more times when I decided I should get out of the office since my friend understood a little of English I asked her if it would be o.k. if I just leave, afterall it looked as if the caseworker wanted to be all alone with her he was looking at her from the bottom to the top if you know what I mean...but as I was walking out of the door to my Surprise the caseworker said to my Child 'yeah you get out before I knock you right across the head' all I said to him was 'yeah Right' I wanted to file a complaint but bealive me this happened in Belle Glade, Florida they do not do anything about it.I ask myself how can this caseworker call himself a caseworker from Children and Families and yet look at the treatment he gave to my Child? the bad thing about it is that I do not even know his name otherwise I would publish it....
