So this rental agency claims to be a+. well they only if a stands for atrocious. They won't fix anything the standard answer is you shouldn't have broken it we'll send a repairman but you'll have to pay the bill. upon move out they made exorbitant charges for minor damage and won't answer the phone or letters requesting to see damage or to just have it explained. its like they've disappeared.
