They mislead me about car parking charges and so I cancelled my membership the next day. They deny that the 2 members of staff mislead me. They won't allow me to be released from a contract which I have neither seen and therefore cannot have signed. They are now harassing me with threatening letters and debt collectors. They don't seem to care about my desire to becomea member of a supportive health club - they just want my money!
