a day out with thomas the tank engine

i bought a thomas the tank engine moving about the day out with thomas adventure for children. My twins were so excited, and it was one of their gifts for their 3rd birthday. it cost me 90.00 to purchase 4 tickets on line. when we got there, you couldn't even see the thomas engine unless you paid another 14-28 dollars. they made sure by blocking the view. the promise of storytime was not there, no clowns,ballons (they had only 4 left so they say) or souvineers,just a ride on a dirty rusty train under bridges with profanity and drunk homelesss people standing on the tracks with their whisky bottles. oh and the train tables were sheets of plywood with no trains to play with and if you needed to change a diaper? just throw your child on a bale of straw inside the changing tent. what a rip off, I figured they made close to 70,000 in ticket sales over the weekend and there was absolutly nothing there. kids were crying everywher you looked because they were so disappointed. I feel we should be offered a refund all we got for 90.00 was a balloon and a 25 min train ride that went 2 mile an hour.
