NATIONAL HOME PROTECTION - you see them advertised as offering coverage on your appliances. I got hooked in and I'm stuck paying for a year for service that does not exist. I used them once. They swear that they will contact you in 24 hours. That's an out and out lie. Our air conditioning broke down and it too me THREE DAYS to even get a response from these people, and an additional TWO days to get a repairman, yet they are quick to clamp on my VISA and help themselves to my money. They then 'approved' the repair, faxed the authorization to the air conditioning people. I still had to make a co-pay of $60.00. The relay switch needed replacement. That was done and now NATIONAL HOME PROTECTION will not pay. So they lied. They said they would pay and when the work is done, they won't pay.
