9 lives brand made a toy that my dog was able to puncutre and she ate what was inside when I called them because my vet needed to know what kind of metal was inside they were so rude and had the nerve to tell me to wait for 2 days so they could find out and that it was my fault for letting the dog play with it. she didn't care at all about the wellfare of the pet and couldn' have been ruder or less helpful, i will never buy anything else from them, i hope my dog will be ok.
