40gb ipod

In January 05 I bought a Apple 40gb ipod. This I loved and protected. Not a scratch was on that oh-so-easy-to-scratch-silver-back.Eleven months and 4000songs after opening the box it died a death.Hard-drive was finished. They sent me a new one, I loved it again. Even the plastic covering on the click wheel is beautiful. 4months in...it dies. Three letters to Apple later I receive a [and i know this is badly written] letter that is FILLED with awful grammar and spelling and i'm informed that 'frankly, we don't care' The interweb is FILLED with people and their 40gb ipod gripes. They're are obviously rubbish, they are no longer even sold. So I have spent £250 of my hard-earned cash on an expensive brick. Thankyou Apple.
