4 Years and she still doesnt know

I've know this girl now, for a little over 4 years and have had strong romantic feelings for her since the day i met her. It took me a little over a year to develop a friendship with her, and ever since then I've been in love with her; just too afraid to tell her. And last year I got involved in a serious long term relationship and she and i were still friends, and i still felt a slight tinge of love for her, but made myself forget about it, since i was dating another girl. Now that relationship has failed, and now she's in a serious relationship and I love her as much as ever, but have no way to let her know without destroying our friendship. I have resolved to continue in my silence and fear of losing her by risking it all and letting her know how i really feel.
