3 Mobile were great until I renewed my contract for a second year. The sales representative lied to encourage me to stay with a tariff that is costing me an additional 60 quid a year. When I try to make a complaint I either get cut off, or told that I misheard the sales person when I renewed my contract. Do 3 Mobile reward all loyal customers this way?
