I used the 24/7 Download system after reading a positive report on it from a magazine. So I signed up. The customer service was horrible - I was supposed to get a password sent to my email to get in, and that took 2 days. Then it wouldn't work. When I emailed for support I never heard back. So I asked for my money back. After 3 requests, the customer service refered me to their legal policy. I have never encountered such horrible customer support and run around.
