2-10 nightmare

I've been getting jacked around by the 2-10 home warranty people and all of their subcontractors. I reported an a/c problem over two months ago, and they haven't fixed it yet. Now my system is completely down and I still can't get them to come back. What good is a home warranty if it eats up all of your free time on hold and waiting for service people that don't show or even call.
