2001 Passat sludge

My 2001 VW Passat has a major sludge/radiator/head gasket/I don't know what else problem, which I now understand is a extremely common among other 2001 Passat owners. I just got the car back after spending $1,600 to fix the 'sludge problem', only to have it all happen over again within 2 days!! I now believe there is a recall regarding this problem, but I was never notified. I need someone from DONALDSONS VW to call my mechanic so I can get this fixed. I have left two messages on the service dept line, and, after entering all this info to VW's Customer Care email address,it was returned as 'email address suspended'!!! I need to have someone from Donaldsons VW in Sayville NY to get back to me ASAP to look at the car. I have already filed a claim with Consumer Services and called the Sayville Long Island office of Donaldsons VW, and to my suprise (LOL) no one has gotten back to me. I am so sick of being ripped off by big corps. only to be ignored and having the help I deserve avoided.
