The cancellation practices of the VOIP service 1TouchTone are unethical and I advise everyone to stay away from them. First the phone router that they sent out failed in just 5 months and then they would not replace it. It takes a 30 day notice in writing to cancel your service and then you are hit with a very expensive penalty fee. Just pure greed.
