12 years together

been with the same guy for 12 years now and he refuses to marry me. says he's not comfortable with the idea. uses the divorce rate as an excuse. he thinks if something happens i'll try and take his house. why would i want a house that is right next door to his mothers? i think he's just a scared little boy. i've had enough and i'm ready to walk out the door.
