118.com say they promote trades men with checkable refrences,I wish I checked their refrences before I agreed to advertise with them , their customer service is laughable,you have to leave a message with them , but they never phone you back, they lie when they say when the surrey directory is supposed to come out , it should have been 6 months ago , a warning to all trades men DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH 118 TRADES.COM if you want terrible service ,agro and generally mbeing rather annoyed then go for it .
