With working 12 hours a day it is difficult to obtain parts or information needed before most businesses close, my engine light came on on my dash board, so I did as the t.v. ad's say drive in and employee will put computer reader to your vehicle and tell you possible causes to repair your vehicle, so I went into the autozone store on arpapho rd west of hwy 75 and asked this female person to please check my car with the machine, she abruptly said NO its after 5:00 pm and with only two other workers on the floor she could't do it (there were only 2 customers in the store peroid, I asked your kiudding right she snapped backj NO I'M NOT so I left the store went down the road about 4-5 miles to an other auto zone store I had seen at another time, went in asked the coyunter man the same question he being the only sales person in the store gave me the devise and directed me to talk to the man out side (very pleasant) I let him know that after he was finished helping another customer he would be right there, once this man came over to my car it took him all of about 60 seconds to recieve a computer response code the went inside with me and gavbe me the results I said thanks the left. HELP MUCH APPRICIATED. and as for th FEMALE EMPLOYEE I believe AUTOZONE can do much better than having help such as her. Auto Zone advertises # 1 in parts and something else, well it sure is not service & if they continue with service such as this they will soon be out of business especially with the new competition thats moved in as well as others VERY UPSET!
