... reading all these Happy Mother's Day wishes from people who gush about how they have the best mom in the world and how much they love their mom and how she was always there for them, encouraging them and loving them through it all- even when they didn't deserve it- and comforting them while they went through the hardest times of their life. It's not necessarily a bad thing, per say. I guess I'm just jealous.

It does sound like you're jealous. Being negative about other peoples' happiness won't help you at all and it won't hurt them a bit - just yourself. Not everyone has a perfect life - far from it. Take a close look at your own life and focus on the great things in it. I bet you'd be surprised to know that people are envious of your successes.
