I was trying to sell my house, called these people from an ad. 'we buy homes'. I signed a contract with them, they said they would get someone in my home to rent to own and once they find that person, they would sell the home to them and remove my name from the mortage. They found a renter, paid the mortage for about 8 or 9 months, never on time. Then one day they stop paying the mortage and started pocketing the money. I recevied a letter from the morgage company saying I'm in default. I call these people but they are not giving me a reason to why they stop paying and they still have the keys to my house. The only way I could save my house is I must pay atlease one month payment and 25% of what I owe. All I want is for them to give me what is owed because they already defaulted with the contract we signed.
