Damaged car

I bought a new car 2006BMWin Santa Maria. I drove it for six months I heard a unnormal noise in the brakes and I took it to the dealership. I left it their so they can check it. It took a week for them to return it to me, and I put it in my garage when i finally took it out i had realized that they damaged it. It had a dent on the right side above the wheel! I went to the dealership to complain i spoke with manager Marshall and he said he was sorry and he was going to get it fixed when i took the car back he had spoken to Daniel Callahan and they suddenly did not understand my english but they understood it when I was going to buy the car so I think that they used me being mexican as an excuse for not fixing the dent that they did to my car. I just want all the people to know and especially hispanic people so they can think before they buy a BMW in Santa Maria C.A because manager Marshall is just being raises!!!!!!
