my sister died last year aged 26, she had 5 year old daughter who never seen her violent father because of the violence on her mother. the childs father now wants custody. but nyas are involved and believe that the child should live with him. she has lived with this family all her life and has now been given to the father on a section 8 until further court hearings my family has now been put on a supervised visit by nyas. whats going on in this world. were is the justice and the common grounds for us and this vunrable child whos future is getting desided by some nyas case worker who is against us and is all for the father please help in givin me some advice
